We work with the finest, most local ingredients. From freshly roasted coffee beans by an Amsterdam micro-roastery to apples and pears from our own orchard in Westbroek. All of this is done to create pure, yet distinctive flavors.
The love for connection, good conversation, preparing delicious dishes, and creating something special in a special place. You're literally right there in the kitchen, where it all happens .
My long-cherished wish to have my own restaurant where I can make this happen has finally come true!
