I love change and enjoy being surprised by things that come my way and that I find important. I've worked in finance, sustainability, the travel industry, and the coffee industry, but I've also taken plenty of time for relaxation, family, and creating a dream location.
Diederik asked me to help set up and run de kleine Chef . It was an opportunity for a new experience that closely aligned with my passion for customer focus and hospitality. so, the decision was quickly made.
